Lead Anchor, BBC World News America & Best-selling Author; Insights on American Politics, Global Affairs, and Issues for Women
Katty Kay proclaims that “when something happens in America, my first reaction is to ask ‘How does this connect to other countries?’…because stories from this city, Washington, D.C., - ripple out, right around the world.” She is a Washington, D.C.-based British news anchor, who brings a fresh perspective to the reporting of American politics and global affairs. Katty’s insights reflect a global mindset that is a natural offshoot of having grown up in the Middle East and worked as a journalist in Europe, Africa, and Asia before coming to Washington in 1996. The award-winning journalist is currently co-anchor of Beyond 100 Days, a one-hour news program that covers Washington politics and its impact globally. The show airs to an enormous audience worldwide. Katty is also a regular guest and substitute co-host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe program. When she’s not busy making sense of the news from Washington and around the globe, Katty writes on the art and science of women and self-assurance - helping them turn thoughts into action to master a more confident mindset. She is co-author (with Claire Shipman) of three New York Times best-sellers: The Confidence Code for Girls; The Confidence Code; and Womenomics.
Beyond 100 Days was launched when the first 100 days of the Trump administration made clear this President was operating from a different set of rules that would impact American and global politics in unprecedented ways. Prior to assuming the co-anchor role on that program, Katty served as anchor of 100 Days, which covered the first 100 days of the Trump administration. Before that, she was anchor of BBC World News America’s weekday broadcast, also seen worldwide. The award-winning anchor for BBC News has reported on five U.S. presidential elections, financial crashes, wars, sex scandals, and much more. Katty is proud of the fact that the day after the Brexit vote in the U.K., she wrote an article on the five reasons Trump would win the Presidency. She is less proud of the fact that the day he declared his candidacy in June 2015, she said that would be the high point of his campaign.
About Katty’s books: her latest, The Confidence Code for Girls: Taking Risks, Messing Up, and Becoming Your Amazingly Imperfect, Totally Powerful Self, was released in April, 2018 and debuted at the #1 spot on The New York Times best-seller list. The empowering, entertaining guide gives girls the essential yet elusive code to becoming bold, brave, and fearless. The Confidence Code: The Science and Art of Self-Assurance - What Women Should Know, inspires women to understand that confidence - the linchpin of success - is a choice. She shows ways to break out of comfort zones and take risks that pay off. In her first book, Womenomics: Write Your Own Rules for Success, she examined the workplace revolution and inspired women to take control, dream big and discover a different way of weaving work into their lives - and in the process create more profitable companies with happier and more productive employees.
On the fun side, Katty had the distinction of being immortalized in pop culture in 2018 when her name was the answer to a question on the Jeopardy game show. In the same week, she was portrayed in a skit on the legendary Saturday Night Live show which satirized a moment from MSNBC’s Morning Joe program.
Katty Kay settled in Washington, DC in the mid-90s where she lives with her husband, four children, two cats, and a dog.
International Speaker, Best-Selling Author and Creator of the “Xceptional Execution” Methodology
Kevin Kelly is an internationally acclaimed Speaker, best-selling author and expert on Sales, Leadership, Storytelling and Execution. His focus is on moving organizations, large and small to Do!, to execute, and to move in the direction of their dreams and vision.
From the age of six, Kevin was selling in his family retail environment. Upon graduating with a Marketing degree, Kevin consistently broke sales records in each of the companies he worked for culminating in him being continuously head hunted. Finally in 1990 (after being offered a job by an Italian business man who couldn’t speak English) Kevin honoured his entrepreneurial DNA and set up his own company, Advanced Marketing. The company dedicated itself initially to increasing the sales of small and medium businesses in addition to exhaustively researching the area of personal and business potential.
In 1996, Kevin committed to writing a best-selling book on motivation “How? When You Don’t Know How” - sold 15,000 copies, an unparalleled feat for Ireland, and Kevin learned a very valuable lesson in terms of Doing and execution: knowledge may give you enough reasons not to act - but Do! it anyway and be prepared to end up in a place you recognize and accept as better than your starting point. This book became the foundation on which he built his international speaking career.
Since then he has written four more books, including the first ever graphic novel which aims to educate the next generation on the key skills of emotional intelligence.
His most recent book is the critically acclaimed “DO! The Pursuit of Xceptional Execution”, in which he uncovers the success strategies of the leaders of some of the most exciting start-ups on the planet. Tom Peters described it as “the book I would have loved to have written.”
Staying true to his Irish roots, Kevin is a master storyteller who has worked around the world with Fortune 500 companies and prestigious associations like the Million Dollar Round Table. He has consulted with some of the biggest brands on the planet, including Microsoft, for whom he developed a unique video series for their World Wide Partner Community.
Kevin’s keynotes consistently deliver an interactive conversation that engages, informs, inspires and empowers attendees with a toolbox of invaluable takeaways. His consultancy projects are built on delivering results for you. You set the agenda, and Kevin works with you and your team to address your specific challenges and reach your stated goals.
In 2016, he created the first ever Speaker Summit in Ireland where six of his colleagues from around the globe taught potential and existing speakers the A-Z of the Speaking profession. This was followed with another first in 2017 – the first conference on Storytelling and Sales. Kevin is currently researching his new book on that topic and is also in consultations with VR/AR companies on how to share his knowledge in new ways.

Technology Speaker, Author, Consultant and Founder, TriCorps Technologies
Scott Klososky is the founder of numerous successful technology startup companies, and this has helped him gain a unique perspective into technology’s impact on industry and humanity. He is not just an observer of digital trends, he has routinely invested in his future visions with a great track record of success.
This unique perspective and future vision has allowed Scott to travel the globe as a speaker, consultant, and author. His invaluable leadership experience benefits his work with senior executives in organizations ranging from the Fortune 500 to universities, non-profits, and countless professional associations and coalitions. As a technology entrepreneur, he also continually works in the trenches of building his own companies.
Scott is the founding partner of TriCorps Technologies, a digital strategy and cybersecurity firm based in Oklahoma City. TriCorps Technologies focuses not only on helping clients to raise revenue and lower costs - but also on protecting their organizations’ resources in both the physical world and in the digital world. At TriCorps, Scott has developed a pioneering integrated security model which targets security from three directions: physical security, surveillance, and cybersecurity, providing a systematic approach to organizational security.
TriCorps Technologies represents a merger between Future Point of View, a digital strategy firm Scott founded in 2007, and TriCorps Cybersecurity, a venture he co-founded in 2015.
In 1999, Scott sold his company webcasts.com for $115 million. Webcasts.com, an early producer of webcasted media ranging from corporate and government communications to sporting events and entertainment, represented a career spent on the bleeding edge of technology.
Scott began his career fresh out of high school, where his job as a delivery boy was a springboard into the world of technology. He became division head of a computer sales division and then purchased it as his own company. It was eventually built into a twelve-store operation in three states.
His next endeavor was as founder and CEO of Paragraph, Inc., a Soviet/American joint venture founded in 1988, despite international tensions. Half of the company was sold to Silicon Graphics, and the other half is still expanding today (Parascript, Inc.).
Scott then collaborated with H.R. Haldeman to publish a diary of his years as the Chief of Staff to President Nixon, which was a bestseller (Putnam Publishing), and involved Sony Interactive in the release of a book companion CD-ROM.
He is also the founder and minority investor of Alkami Technology, a tech startup that developed a 2nd generation online banking platform with innovative features non-existent in current systems. The privately-owned software company focuses on providing online account management solutions to the financial services industry.
Scott is the author of four books including his most recent title, Did God Create the Internet? The Impact of Technology on Humanity.

Matthias Kröner known as ‘mk’ - has been bringing his visionary brand of thinking to financial services for 25 years. Over this time he has acquired vast insight into corporate strategy, innovation-leadership and M&A - during a period of fundamental transformation in the banking industry.
His extensive practical knowledge of the regulatory environment combined with a deep understanding of technological trends such as big data, AI, blockchain open banking and financial inclusion - has enabled Matthias to build bridges between the traditional banking world and FinTech-powered digital banking platforms.
Matthias’ entrepreneurial style was the driving force behind two highly disruptive financial service companies. As Founder and CEO of Fidor Bank and DAB Bank, he built both organizations from scratch - forging his reputation as a key figure in the FinTech movement. The Fidor project began in 2007 - long before the FinTech boom started, and positioned Fidor at the forefront of global FinTech development, becoming known as the “oldest FinTech bank in the world”.
Under his leadership, DAB Bank and Fidor Bank won numerous awards: Best Banking Innovation in San Francisco in 2013; the Celent Model-Bank-of-the-Year award in 2015 and 2019; and WEF´s Award for young companies in 2015 to name but a few. After beginning his career in the hospitality business, Matthias brought his expertise in customer-centric experiences to the world of financial services. The core of his philosophy centered on how financial services organizations can use technology to effectively engage their retail and SME customers with innovative, value-adding business and service models.
Matthias was at the helm as Fidor pioneered one of the world’s first Banking-as-a-Service offerings, enabling start-ups to achieve scale and become part of the digital ecosystem. Building a bridge from innovation to regulation - he brokered the first cooperation between a regulated bank and crypto-currency trading platforms. As well as this, Fidor enabled non-banks to offer full banking services for the first time in a collaboration with Telefonica in 2016.
Since standing down as CEO of Fidor in March 2019, Matthias has sharpened his focus on how technology can be used to build bridges between financial services and impactful projects that help to make the world a better place. Concepts such as green finance and financial inclusion have the potential to positively affect the lives of millions of people - and his mission is to democratize access to banking and self-determined finance management, using digital financial services to create meaningful, sustainable change.
