Gian Paul Gonzalez (pronounced John-Paul) is widely recognized for inspiring the New York Giants to their most recent Super Bowl victory with the phrase "ALL IN". He has been featured on ESPN as well as had notable appearances on Fox News & CNN.
Gonzalez, a high school teacher in Union City, N.J., was asked to lead a chapel service for members of the New York Giants team the night before the team’s Christmas Eve 2011 game against the New York Jets. There was little hope then that the team would make it to the playoffs.
To illustrate the concept of commitment, Gonzalez handed each football player a poker chip, instructing them to write their number on one side of the chip and write what they wanted to be committed to on the other side. He then shared with the team the meaning behind the poker phrase “All In”. He inspired them to be committed and put all their “chips” on the table.
"We are faced with decisions every day at which time we can decide to be fully committed, or all in," says Gonzalez, a former All-American forward, who passed up a professional basketball contract to continue his work with at-risk youth. "I said to the players, ‘I want you to fully commit to being all in on something.'" Gonzalez went on to urge players to fully commit to anything they take on, whether as a father, husband, son or even, a football player.
Next day after Gian Paul’s chapel message the Giants beat the Jets 29-14. In a post game interview, Giant’s Defensive End, Justin Tuck credited the chapel speaker’s (Gian Paul) message of being “All In” as the reason the Giants won that day. The team went on to win every game, up to and including Super Bowl XLVI, where they beat the New England Patriots 21-17.
An inspiring figure, Gian Paul was a former NCAA First Team All-American forward at Montclair State University scoring nearly 1,400 points in his 3-year tenure. He played in the NBA Summer League and was offered professional basketball contracts , yet turned them down to continue his work with at-risk youth.
Gian Paul is the founder and executive director of Hope & Future, an organization dedicated to using athletics and physical fitness to share a message of hope and excellence in inner-city public schools and juvenile jails.

Ron Jaworksi is a 17 year NFL veteran quarterback, author and successful entrepreneur.
-
Past clients include: Aranco Productions, Stainless Products Inc., White Corporation, Tozour-Trane, Bill Marke & Associates and Lockheed Martin.
After a 17-year distinguished career as an NFL quarterback, today Ron Jaworski is coaching football fans on TV with a multi-platform NFL analyst role that includes appearances on Sunday NFL Countdown, Monday Night Countdown, NFL Matchup, NFL-branded specials, Mike & Mike in the Morning, Pardon the Interruption, and other platforms and shows throughout the year. ESPN’S Mike Tirico said, “If you made a list of 10 guys on TV in any sport as an analyst who you'd want to have a beverage with and watch a game, he’s [Ron Jaworski] high on that list.”
Before switching to his current multi-platform analyst role with ESPN, Ron spent five seasons in the booth with Mike Tirico and Jon Gruden as the color commentator for Monday Night Football.
The Los Angeles Rams drafted Jaworski in the second round of the 1973 NFL Draft. After four years with the Rams, Jaworski joined the Philadelphia Eagles in 1977. Under head coach Dick Vermeil and behind Jaworski’s ability and field leadership, the Eagles advanced to their first-ever berth in a Super Bowl vs. the Oakland Raiders. Jaworski finished the 1980 season as the No. 1-rated passer in the NFC and was the 1980 NFL MVP.
Along the way, Ron became known as "Jaws." The name was hung on him by his next-door neighbor at the time, Doug Collins, who was a star guard for the Philadelphia 76ers and today is their coach. “He didn’t come up with Jaws because of that shark movie, though.” Jaws says, “Doug said it was because my mouth was always open, talking.”
Until Ron suffered a broken leg at St. Louis during the 13th game of the 1984 season, he had started 116 straight NFL games, a record for most consecutive starts. Jaws held that record until 1999, when Brett Favre broke it.

About
Daymond John, from his wildly successful role on ABC’s smash hit, Shark Tank, to his distinguished status as a Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship, has become globally recognized for his relentless and commitment to promoting and supporting entrepreneurs.
Daymond initially made his mark as the entrepreneur and branding expert behind the groundbreaking lifestyle brand, FUBU, which eclipsed more than $6 billion in global retail sales. From the streets of Hollis, Queens, Daymond started a global movement from the basement of his mother’s house by capitalizing on the then fledgling hip-hop culture. Today, the streetwear market that FUBU pioneered is a $20 billion dollar industry.
Since then, Daymond has continued to challenge himself and the business world in which he operates. In 2009, Daymond was tapped by lauded television producer, Mark Burnett, to join the cast of a new business-reality concept, Shark Tank. After 8 seasons, 4 Emmy Awards, multiple Critic’s Choice Awards and millions of dollars in investments, the show has become the most watched program on Friday nights, and one of the most successful business reality series of all time. Over the course of the series, Daymond has been a mainstay of the cast of Sharks and is now affectionately referred to as, “The People’s Shark.”
Resolved to expand his own brand, Daymond has written three books, the most recent of which debuted at #2 on the New York Times best-seller list in January of 2016. The wildly successful release, The Power of Broke (Crown Publishing) takes an in-depth look at how successful entrepreneurs who started from broke were forced to think more creatively and to leverage their resources more efficiently, than their counterparts. While his previous books, Display of Power and The Brand Within were national best-sellers, The Power of Broke stands as the only New York Times best-selling book from any of the Sharks.
Beyond the brands, the television series and the books, Daymond’s commitment to entrepreneurship has been celebrated on a global level. In 2015, he was named a Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship and was part of an exclusive group who joined President Obama at the Global Entrepreneur Summit in Kenya. In March, Daymond accompanied The President on his historic trip to Cuba, which represented the first time a sitting US president visited the island since Calvin Coolidge did in 1928.
One of Daymond’s greatest accomplishments is his continued fight against dyslexia. He has worked with the Yale Center for Dyslexia and he currently sits on the advisory board of Understood.org. Daymond has embraced his affliction allowing it to be a catalyst for his career as a highly sought after motivational public speaker and author.
As a dynamic speaker with more than twenty-five years of proven business experience, Daymond has become one of the most highly sought after speakers in the country. Kevin Kelly
International Speaker, Best-Selling Author and Creator of the “Xceptional Execution” Methodology
About
Kevin Kelly is an internationally acclaimed Speaker, best-selling author and expert on Sales, Leadership, Storytelling and Execution. His focus is on moving organizations, large and small to Do!, to execute, and to move in the direction of their dreams and vision.
From the age of six, Kevin was selling in his family retail environment. Upon graduating with a Marketing degree, Kevin consistently broke sales records in each of the companies he worked for culminating in him being continuously head hunted. Finally in 1990 (after being offered a job by an Italian business man who couldn’t speak English) Kevin honoured his entrepreneurial DNA and set up his own company, Advanced Marketing. The company dedicated itself initially to increasing the sales of small and medium businesses in addition to exhaustively researching the area of personal and business potential.
In 1996, Kevin committed to writing a best-selling book on motivation “How? When You Don’t Know How” - sold 15,000 copies, an unparalleled feat for Ireland, and Kevin learned a very valuable lesson in terms of Doing and execution: knowledge may give you enough reasons not to act - but Do! it anyway and be prepared to end up in a place you recognize and accept as better than your starting point. This book became the foundation on which he built his international speaking career.
Since then he has written four more books, including the first ever graphic novel which aims to educate the next generation on the key skills of emotional intelligence.
His most recent book is the critically acclaimed “DO! The Pursuit of Xceptional Execution”, in which he uncovers the success strategies of the leaders of some of the most exciting start-ups on the planet. Tom Peters described it as “the book I would have loved to have written.”
Staying true to his Irish roots, Kevin is a master storyteller who has worked around the world with Fortune 500 companies and prestigious associations like the Million Dollar Round Table. He has consulted with some of the biggest brands on the planet, including Microsoft, for whom he developed a unique video series for their World Wide Partner Community.
Kevin’s keynotes consistently deliver an interactive conversation that engages, informs, inspires and empowers attendees with a toolbox of invaluable takeaways. His consultancy projects are built on delivering results for you. You set the agenda, and Kevin works with you and your team to address your specific challenges and reach your stated goals.
In 2016, he created the first ever Speaker Summit in Ireland where six of his colleagues from around the globe taught potential and existing speakers the A-Z of the Speaking profession. This was followed with another first in 2017 – the first conference on Storytelling and Sales. Alvin Law is one of the infamous "Thalidomide Babies" whose bodies were deformed in the early 1960s when their mothers took a prescription drug to
treat morning sickness. Alvin is a powerful speaker who shows the world that obstacles can be overcome with the right attitude. He
is more than just a cheerleader who pumps up the audience to produce momentary excitement, only to leave an empty feeling a short time later. Alvin's
inspirational message is one that will stay with your audience.
Against all odds, Alvin's adoptive parents Hilda and Jack taught him, as a baby, to use his feet. By the age of five, there was nothing he couldn't do. With
a little hesitation on the part of educational experts, he attended a regular school and graduated from the Yorkton Regional High School with Honors. During
school, defying even more odds, Alvin became an award-winning trombonist, drummer and vocalist. That same year he was a Saskatchewan Junior Citizen of the
Year. Again with Honors, Alvin graduated from Mount Royal College in Calgary, earning a diploma in Broadcasting.
Alvin's story has been profiled on numerous television stations, one feature receiving an Emmy Award. He has also been in three documentaries shown across
Canada and the US; the most recent, Extraordinary People, profiled the lives of four Thalidomiders as they approach middle age. Alvin has even
dabbled with some acting, appearing in independent filmmaker Harmony Korine's Julien: Donkey Boy, and in his biggest role Alvin played a preacher on
an episode of The X-Files.
James Lawrence
The Iron Cowboy, World Record Holder, Author, Motivational Speaker
About
James didn’t grow up an endurance athlete. In fact, he could barely finish his first 5k at the age of 28. But that failure fueled a competitive spirit, and a desire to achieve something his current body told him was impossible.
“I was determined to NOT let my failure define me.” Years of focused training shaped James to become an elite short-distance triathlete. Along the way, he learned to push past his mental limits and find his true physical boundaries.
In 2010, James set out on a journey to find those physical limitations. He set his first World Record by completing 22 70.3 Ironman races in just 30 weeks, exceeding the previous record of 20.
“There was a fire inside, and I had to let it burn.” But James did not find his limit – he could reach higher. In 2012 he set his second world record by completing 30 full-distance triathlons in less than 52 weeks, across 11 countries, crushing the previous world record of 22. It was then James realized his limitations weren’t physical, they were mental.
“I knew I could do more, reach higher.” Determined, James set out to find his mental limit and test his focus, determination, and will power, James set out to complete something everyone told him was impossible. Two and half years of strictly regimented training prepared James to attempt this feat. But physical preparation was not enough to carry him through. On July 25, 2015, James overcame all odds and defied all doubts by completing 50 full distance triathlons, in 50 states, in 50 consecutive days (50.50.50). Completing what is now considered the greatest feat of human endurance.
Every one of us has experienced a time in life when we reach our limit; physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. But each of us CAN achieve more, reach higher, raise the bar and silence the doubters. James story of reaching new limits is one every company, school, organization and individual can relate to. He is an ordinary guy, whose extraordinary personal story will make you laugh, cry, reflect, and leave you inspired to reach higher.
