Award-winning Entertaining and Inspirational Duo with a Focus on Performance, Teamwork & the Power of Partnership
The Passing Zone, Jon Wee and Owen Morse, know that you put on a great meeting last time, but now you have to top it. You need something unexpected, unique, fresh, not just the same old speaker, comedian, magician or band. Look to The Passing Zone and you will find two grown men who demonstrate teamwork by leaping around the stage in fuchsia leotards, with rapid-fire banter, throwing sickles around the body of someone from the audience (or your CEO) - as they receive a standing ovation. The audience will cheer on in delight - as they witness roaring chainsaws, flaming torches and knives flying through the air! You found an inspirational and unforgettable experience. You found a surprise. You found genuine laughter, the kind that makes your face hurt.
Jon and Owen have been educating and entertaining audiences together for over 20 years; they have one of the longest standing partnerships in corporate entertainment - a true demonstration of The Power of Partnership. They met in 1986 at a juggling convention and instantly knew they were destined to be a team. But they decided to graduate from college first, which they both did. Rather than pursue careers in Economics and Psychology, they lit some torches, and started throwing stuff into the air. Two weeks after their first performance together they won the Silver Medal at the International Juggler's Association teams competition. The next year they won Gold.
They have appeared on The Tonight Show, The Today Show and were finalists on America's Got Talent. They are at the top of their craft, with performances at the White House and in London for Prince Charles. Their first feature film was
The Addams Family Movie, where Jon and Owen doubled for Gomez (Raul Julia) and Uncle Fester (Christopher Lloyd) in the climactic Mamushka dagger-passing scene. More recently, they appeared in the award-winning comedy documentary,

B. Joseph Pine II is an internationally acclaimed author, speaker, and management advisor to Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial start-ups alike. He is co-founder of Strategic Horizons LLP - a thinking studio dedicated to helping businesses strategize, conceive and design new ways of adding value to their economic offerings.
In 1999 Mr. Pine and his partner James H. Gilmore wrote the best-selling book The Experience Economy: Work Is Theatre & Every Business a Stage, which demonstrates how goods and services are no longer enough; what companies must offer today are experiences - memorable events that engage each customer in an inherently personal way.
In the summer of 2011 Mr. Pine released Infinite Possibility: Creating Customer Value on the Digital Frontier, which showcases how to use digital technology to stage experiences that fuse the real and the virtual. At its core is a new framework called the Multiverse that builds on the fundamental nature of the created universe - time, space, and matter - by showing how digital technology flips each of these dimensions on their head to create new worlds, first in our imagination and then in our experience.
In 2007 Mr. Pine also wrote with Mr. Gilmore Authenticity: What Consumers Really Want, which recognizes that in a world of increasingly paid-for experiences - people no longer accept the fake from the phony, but want the real from the genuine. This book was named one of the top ten business books of the year by Amazon.com and featured in a cover story in TIME Magazine on
10 Ideas that are changing the world.
His first book was the award-winning Mass Customization: The New Frontier in Business Competition, which details the shift companies are making from mass producing standardized offerings - to mass customizing goods and services that efficiently fulfill the wants and needs of individual customers. The Financial Times chose it as one the seven best business books of 1993. He and his partner followed this up in 2000 by editing a collection of Harvard Business Review articles entitled Markets of One: Creating Customer-Unique Value through Mass Customization.
Mr. Pine has also written numerous articles for the Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Chief Executive, Worldlink, CIO, Strategy & Leadership, and the IBM Systems Journal - among many others. Cheryl Pounder brings her high energy and effervescent personality to each and every event, large or small. With her warmth and friendliness, Cheryl immediately makes guests feel like they have a new friend. For fundraising events, Cheryl encourages giving and supports the cause with inspirational personal stories. With galas and award presentations, Cheryl is professional, yet down to earth. There’s never a dull moment with Cheryl. With her experience as a sports commentator, radio host and motivational keynote speaker, Cheryl keeps the energy moving while focusing on the goal of the event she’s at.
Success in one field doesn’t necessarily translate to another area. In the case of former Canadian Women’s hockey player, Cheryl Pounder, who has made the transition from ice to stage, the move has been a triumph.
In the sports world where accomplishments are measured by medals and titles, there aren’t many who can claim a list of achievements as glowing as Cheryl’s.
Her run of success began early in the 1990s when her ice hockey team won the Under-18 Canadian National championship. In 1994, she won Gold for the first time at the 1994 IIHF World Women’s Hockey Championship, and during her illustrious career with the National Women’s team, Cheryl won two Olympic Gold medals (2002 and 2006) and was crowned IIHF World Champion six times.
The shining on-ice achievements aside, it’s been Cheryl’s varied experiences on international stages that have made her an in-demand speaker, with keynote clients such as Tim Hortons, Maple Leaf Foods, CIBC, TD Bank, Manulife, Women in Leadership Groups, Girl Guides of Canada, Western-Ivey-Executive MBA and the City of Toronto, to name a few. She believes that her approach, one that is interactive, passionate and positive, has a lot to do with her ability to cross over to diverse audiences.
“When I speak to people, I want them to connect with material that they can identify with, that stimulates a thought process,” she says.
For Cheryl, everything is rooted in self-confidence, something that was instilled in her as a child. ”My family had a huge impact on my personal goals as an athlete. My grandfather was the GM of the Montreal Junior Canadiens and my grandmother was a prominent softball player in the 1940’s. Along with my parents, they taught me to ‘believe’, ‘finish something you start’, and persevere through adversity.” Adversity can be a learning experience and according to Cheryl, “It is important that we learn not only from our successes but also from our failures. Change is the key to ultimately staying on the path toward excellence.”
It is all part of a journey that we must be willing to take – a journey that must be inspired to take for ourselves and those we work with...our TEAM. To this point, she adds, “When the team goal is met, the individual goals take care of themselves. Seize the opportunities, get outside your comfort zone, trust yourself, and engage in your life, don’t just participate. Most importantly, listen to your strong side, even when your weak side is louder.”
The journey continues for Cheryl – her varied background and knowledge were major factors for TSN & CBC choosing her as a colour commentator for the coverage of the women's hockey tournament at the 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympics. In her sporting life and in her life off the ice, Cheryl continues to motivate with a passion that comes across in all her worlds.
Cheryl’s keynotes are perfect for: non-profits, corporations, youth, women.

Guitar Virtuoso, Motivational, Comedic and Entertaining Performer
Mike uses music and comedy to teach audiences how to become their personal best person by learning how to make "Virtuoso Decisions."
Audiences leave with the tools, and a simple, personalized action plan for becoming world class virtuosos in their own lives.
Mike is a world-class guitarist, keynote speaker, entrepreneur & innovator
Past clients include: Texas Pharmacy Association, Premera Blue Cross, Moneytree, Inc., Prosperity Financial Associates, Coldwell Banker Burnet, Apple Leisure Group and Orkin.
Mike Rayburn is an entertainer, whose personal, business and career mission is simple: "Transform communities." Whether that community is a business audience, an association, or enrollees in his “What If…?” keynote experience, impoverished people world wide, or the lost in his hometown of Las Vegas, Mike’s daily efforts and motivational life work are dedicated to transforming communities.
Mike does this most often with his “What If…?” keynote presentations and breakouts, where he uses world-class guitar and hilarious comedy to teach the three simple, powerful tools which took him from playing empty bars - to headlining Carnegie Hall (eight times!). They work for anyone. And everyone. Always. Mike also showcases his energetic and entertaining style as an emcee or host of your next event.
When organizations need innovation and peak performance, where do they go? Usually it’s to business leaders, authors, or famous sports figures. Rarely do they go to artists! Yet for artists, creativity, innovation and peak performance are their life blood! Being a mega-successful artist, as well as a savvy entrepreneur and business owner, Mike Rayburn is uniquely qualified to teach artistic principles in a business context, to give businesses and organizations the edge they so desperately need to innovate and perform at peak “virtuoso” levels - and thus transform their success and significance.
The measure of any speaker is the results they produce. Mike is consistently cited as “the hit of the conference,” and “what we needed and didn’t even know it.” More importantly, businesses regularly attribute significant, sometimes exponential increases in sales, impact and morale to the application of Mike’s keynote tools and breakout session content.

Founder & CEO, Go Together Global, Bestselling Author.
Past clients include: the GAP, Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft, SHRM
Most organizations have a version of "joyful peak performance" somewhere in their mission statement. But how many are actually achieving it? Across the US, 65M people are experiencing some form of toxicity at work every day. Many of these employees resign themselves to the pitiful fate of spending each day dodging the bullies, accepting deep-seated job dissatisfaction, fighting back clinical depression, or worse, succumbing to it.
Shola Richards was one of them. The workplace bullying he experienced, which went unaddressed even after he complained to HR, drove him into clinical depression, and the unimaginable. Shola intentionally swerved off the interstate in an attempt to take his own life. As his car clipped the guardrail on I-405, something changed...
This catalyst has since become Go Together™ Movement - a transformational roadmap of mindset, behaviors, and tools that transform workplace cultures. Sholas mission is to help every workplace in America become one where joyful peak performance is lived every day and where engagement and satisfaction become the new norm.
Shola Richards’ life’s mission is an ambitious one: To end generations of professional suffering, simply by changing how we treat each other at work.
Shola is an advocate, a one-man counsel, and a humanitarian hardwired for positivity, who (ironically) speaks, coaches, consults, and authors books on the shadowy, often underground, and underestimated subject of workplace bullying, a pernicious reality that, when overlooked, corrodes trust, distorts communication, and ultimately usurps equity from the bottom line by using up a company’s most valuable resource: its people.
His approach is to open eyes to the staggering price we pay for normalized, toxic behavior, because we can’t address what we don’t see. His result is people equipped with tangible, doable solutions because we can’t accomplish what we can’t make actionable. His conviction is that everyone deserves a healthy work environment because the quality and meaning of our work suffers when we do.
Through his books--Go Together and Making Work Work and featured articles that have reached readers in over 160 countries, and through his presentations with institutions that range from Silicon Valley businesses to the Department of Homeland Security, Shola is spearheading a timely revolution that teaches us how to protect the professionalism of our company cultures, the preciousness of our time, the strength of our talents, the dignity of ourselves, and the mutual respect of one another.

As one of his clients said, “Never has my group learned so much and laughed so hard in one sitting!”
Once upon a time, Steve Rizzo was told by a guidance counselor that he didn’t have the intelligence for college. A few years later he was saddled with the dubious high school honor of being voted “Least Likely to Succeed.”
Steve went on to surprise everyone, including himself, by excelling with honors at the university and postgraduate levels. CEO of Flywheel Sports, Former President of Equinox Fitness and Gatorade
Executive, activist and entrepreneur, Sarah Robb O’Hagan is described by the media as everything from “Superwoman undercover” to the “Queen of the Jocks” - to the ultimate example of where fierce business woman, mother and fitness fanatic combine. Named among Forbes “Most Powerful Women in Sports” and recognized as one of Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business” - Sarah is an internationally recognized re-inventor of brands, but if you ask Sarah, she’ll say she’s in business to help individuals and teams achieve their potential.
Sarah was born in New Zealand - the first country in the world to give women the vote and home to the first man to climb Mt Everest. The pioneering spirit of her country cultivated Sarah’s drive and imagination for “what’s possible” - enabling her to found a movement she currently leads called “Extreme Living” - helping individuals, teams and businesses unlock their potential by discovering their own uniquely exploitable traits. Her book Extreme You: Step Up. Stand Out. Kick Ass. Repeat. released in 2017 (HarperCollins) draws on her own life experiences to show how you can find success by becoming your best you. She’s full of inspiring advice about how to bounce back from failures and to speak your truth.
Sarah’s career includes leadership roles at some of the world’s most iconic brands - including Virgin, Nike, Gatorade, and Equinox the world’s premier fitness lifestyle company, where as President she led the transformation of the business from a bricks and mortar health club to an “always on” fitness lifestyle partner - heavily enabled by technology and proprietary content through the creation and launch of the editorial content platform “Furthermore from Equinox”.
Prior to Equinox, Sarah served as Global President of Gatorade where she was widely known for transforming the business from a declining sports drink into a sports performance innovation company serving nutrition solutions to athletes of all levels. As described by Fast Company magazine, Sarah inherited a “flaming mess” when she took over the legendary Sports Drink in 2008, but through a courageous transformation that involved flying in the face of a deeply ingrained PepsiCo culture that had watered down the brand’s true positioning - Sarah and her team took the Gatorade brand back to its roots, and then re-imagined its future for a new audience of young, digitally savvy athletic teens.
Sarah’s career in the sports industry began at Nike where she was a key member of the team that launched the game changing innovation called Nike Plus, in collaboration with Apple. This was the world’s first digital-tracking device for runners that created a global social collaboration platform for fitness enthusiasts - and in many ways birthed the fast-growing technology movement now known as the “Quantified Self.”
Sarah started her career in the airline industry as a marketing executive at her country’s national airline, Air New Zealand. In the early 90s she moved to Virgin Atlantic Airways where she became known for her breakthrough marketing campaign in collaboration with the Austin Powers movie - where she rebranded the airline “Virgin Shaglantic” for a number of weeks, launched the world’s largest internet “event” for its time, and turned a 747 into a flying showcase of the entire initiative.
Sarah is a passionate advocate for an active lifestyle and believes the lessons learned from sports and fitness can be applied to improve performance in the work place. She has served on Hillary Clinton’s U.S. State Department Council to Empower Women and Girls through Sports, and is a trustee of the Women’s Sports Foundation. She is also an active member of the World Class New Zealand Network - as she remains committed to helping the country’s development, international competitiveness and economic growth.
Throughout her career Sarah has been recognized for her many achievements. Recent honours include being named among Forbes magazine’s “Most Powerful Women in Sports” (2015 and 2009), being designated one of the “Most Creative People in Business” by Fast Company (2012), and being named to the Top 40 Under 40 lists by the Sports Business Journal (2009, 2011, and 2012), Sports Goods Business (2010), and Crain’s Chicago Business (2010). and Ad Age magazine’s “Women to Watch” (2010).
