Hybrid Events: The Best of Both Worlds
Until vaccines are rolled out on a massive scale, travel restrictions will continue preventing a return to the large scale events and conferences that were the norm until February 2020.
With that in mind, many of our clients have opted for Hybrid Events that combine live audiences with a virtual experience for remote attendees.
Creating a “best of both worlds” scenario, Hybrid Events have the ability to reach a huge audience, across a variety of timezones, while still having the buzz of a live event.
In September, our speaker on Geopolitics, Dr. George Friedman, presented a keynote speech at The World Knowledge Forum in Seoul alongside Theresa May, Jack Ma & Ban-Ki Moon.
Normally a live event, the WKF shifted to a hybrid event, comprising live and virtual components to offer their in-person and virtual attendees a comprehensive, impact driven agenda of global leaders.
The feedback to the dramatic shift was incredibly positive, and allowed both speakers and attendees the opportunity to participate, regardless of their location.
With widespread travel presenting an issue for the near future, Hybrid Events present an opportunity to combine the best of live events with the facility and engagement of virtual events, reaching clients and attendees across the country.
