Stephen Shapiro Speaker

Stephen Shapiro

International Best Seller and Innovation Evangelist

 About

Stephen Shapiro:  Keynote Speaker on Innovation, Problem-Solving & Collaboration | Hall of Fame Speaker | Bestselling Author | Former Accenture Innovation Leader

See What Everyone Else Misses. What if your biggest challenge isn't finding better answers—but asking better questions?

Before becoming a speaker, Stephen built and led Accenture's 20,000-person innovation practice. Today, he helps organizations stop chasing every new idea and instead focus their energy on the right problems, the right opportunities and the right people to solve them.

His highly interactive keynotes turn audiences from passive listeners into active participants—giving teams practical tools they can continue using long after the event.

Why Book Stephen Shapiro?

Stephen challenges one of the biggest misconceptions about innovation: your organization probably doesn't need more ideas. It needs greater clarity about which problems are worth solving.

Instead of encouraging endless brainstorming, Stephen teaches audiences how to ask better questions, uncover hidden opportunities and bring together people who think differently.

His approach combines decades of innovation experience with practical frameworks, humor and audience participation.

The result isn't simply an entertaining keynote. It's a shared language and set of tools your people can bring back to work.

What Makes Stephen Shapiro Different?

  • Built Accenture's 20,000-person innovation practice — real-world innovation experience before becoming a speaker
  • Hall of Fame speaker — more than 30 years of speaking experience
  • Eight books — including Invisible Solutions, Pivotal, Personality Poker and Best Practices Are Stupid
  • Highly interactive — audiences participate rather than simply listen
  • Problem-solving focused — teaches people to find better questions before searching for answers
  • Personality Poker® creator — turns different thinking styles into a collaboration advantage
  • Proven global experience — has spoken in more than 50 countries

Why Is Stephen Right for Your Audience?

Stephen is an outstanding choice when you want your audience to solve problems differently, collaborate more effectively and focus innovation where it can create the greatest value.

He is particularly effective for leadership conferences, innovation summits, corporate meetings, association conferences and organizations navigating uncertainty or transformation.

Book Stephen when your audience needs to:

  • Solve complex problems more effectively

Stephen Shapiro Keynote Programs

Solve Your Toughest Problems. Most teams aren't short of solutions. They're solving the wrong problem.

Stephen shows audiences how better questions can reveal solutions that were hiding in plain sight.

Using practical reframing tools and multiple “lenses,” he teaches teams how to examine challenges from different perspectives, redefine the problem and uncover solutions they may otherwise have missed.

Instead of simply leaving inspired, audiences leave with a repeatable approach to solving real business problems.

Ideal for: Leadership conferences, innovation summits, strategy meetings and organizations facing complex challenges.

Personality Poker® What if the people who frustrate you most are exactly the people your team needs?

Personality Poker® is Stephen's highly interactive experience designed to help people understand their own innovation styles—and recognize the value of colleagues who approach problems differently.

Using a proprietary deck of cards, participants uncover strengths, blind spots and missing perspectives while developing a shared language for better collaboration.

It's engaging, memorable and designed to change how teams work together.

Ideal for: Leadership meetings, team events, corporate conferences and organizations focused on collaboration and culture.

Stability in an Uncertain World. In a world obsessed with what's changing, what if competitive advantage comes from understanding what shouldn't change?

Drawing from his book Pivotal, Stephen challenges leaders to stop reacting to every trend, technology and “bright shiny object.”

Instead, he helps organizations identify the areas where they should remain firmly anchored so they can determine where innovation and change will create the greatest return.

The result is greater clarity, stronger focus and the ability to move from a position of strength.

Ideal for: Executive conferences, strategy meetings, leadership events and organizations navigating disruption.

Small Bets to Win Big at Innovation. When the future is impossible to predict, why make one enormous bet?

Stephen shows audiences how experimentation can help organizations test ideas quickly, inexpensively and intelligently.

Rather than betting heavily on assumptions about the future, teams learn how to make smaller bets, identify which experiments deserve additional investment and know when to stop.

Ideal for: Innovation conferences, transformation initiatives, product teams and organizations operating in uncertain markets.

Jay Shetty Speaker

Jay Shetty

Former Monk & Award-winning Digital Strategist

 About

Meet Jay Shetty the British-born, former monk & award-winning digital strategist turned captivating host, storyteller and viral trend content creator. Since launching his video channel in 2016, Jay’s viral wisdom videos have garnered over 4 billion views and he has gained over 25 million social media followers globally.

Jay was named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2017 for being a game-changer and influencer in the world of Media. Jay aims to deliver educational and insightful content in an entertaining, uplifting format -- with the mission of making wisdom go viral. His inspirational video reach is known to skyrocket upwards of 100 million views within days of launch. He has created content for and partnered with the likes of Snapchat & Facebook and serves on the National Geographic Chasing Genius Council.

After meeting a monk at the age of 18, Jay sought to redefine personal success. He was inspired by a life of service, impact and passion as opposed to money, fame and power. After graduating with a first-class BSc (Hons) Degree in Behavioral Science from Cass Business School, he turned down lucrative job offers from prestigious companies, moved to India and lived as a monk. He traded his suits for robes, shaved his head, slept on the floor and lived out of a gym locker. Jay meditated for 4-8 hours a day and studied ancient philosophy. Half the day was spent on personal growth and the other on helping others. This included everything from personal and collective meditation, study and reflection to teaching and philanthropy. For three years, Jay helped build sustainable villages, food programs distributing over one million meals per day and coached Millennials throughout India and Europe.

Jay received a proposal from his guru who believed he could share what he had learnt if he left the path. Jay moved back to London with his parents, in massive debt with no recognizable skills on his resume. Fortunately, his friends, now working for the largest organizations in the world yet experiencing tremendous stress and pressure, invited Jay to coach them on well-being, purpose and mindfulness. Jay began sharing his experiences as a monk in the world's largest corporations including EY and Nasdaq.

Driven by a desire to share his learnings with as many people as possible, he re-engaged with the world and dove head first into learning about the tools and techniques that might allow knowledge to spread as fast as entertainment. He joined Accenture, helping them build their digital division while learning about the forces shaping the new digital landscape. He quickly became their #1 social media influencer, having advised over 150 executives on their personal brands, which provided a very broad base with which to test theories. He leveraged his findings to launch his own Facebook page in 2016.

Jay’s videos were spotted by Arianna Huffington, who asked him to create a series for HuffPost. His first four videos hit over 50 million views -- the highest HuffPost had ever received. Arianna invited Jay to New York to be a Senior Host & Producer for HuffPost Live where he created #FollowTheReader. The Facebook Live Daily Talk Show, featuring authors and life changing ideas, became #1 for audience engagement -- with themes that include passion, purpose, mindfulness, resilience, failure and communication.

These days, Jay continues to expand his brand through his viral video agency, group coaching & workshops. He's also been diligently working on his forthcoming book Think Like a Monk: Train Your Mind for Peace and Purpose Every Day (Simon & Schuster) to be released on 14-April-2020. Mark your calendars for this highly anticipated work.

Out of the pressure-packed environment of the hospital operating room and balancing two careers, Meg realized humor is extremely effective for dealing with stress and managing change.

And how better to motivate and entertain her audiences than through humor and inspiration? That’s why her unique brand of motivational comedy is referred to as “Humor with a Heart”. It all comes down to choices. We always have a choice about how we do our work, even if we don’t have a choice about the work itself. We choose the attitude we bring with us to work and to life, and the ability to decide whether any given day will be good or bad. If we have the ability to step back from a situation and see the humor in it, we quickly realize that life can be less stressful.

Curt Steinhorst Speaker

Curt Steinhorst

Speaker on Strategic Communications

 About

  • As the founder and CEO of Focuswise, he has consulted with North America’s top companies, such as Deloitte, JPMorgan Chase, Nike, AT&T, and many more.
  • As a leader at Venus Aerospace, he is building a future-facing workplace that proactively fights to preserve a positive workplace, defending the organization against stress and inefficiency, the relationship between focus and accountability, and productivity.
  • As a frequent keynote speaker, he addresses the theory behind these ideas, but also presents practical applications that his audiences can put to use immediately.
  • As a writer and influencer, he shares his expertise on leadership strategy, brain science, generational differences, and technology trends through his podcast and regular Forbescolumn.

Curt Steinhorst has spent his career closing the distance between people who have to work together but don’t speak the same language: across generations, between leaders and the people they depend on, and between what was said and what was heard.

He’s done it in Fortune 500 boardrooms, professional locker rooms, and inside the executive team of a hypersonic deep tech company.

Most recently, he spent three years as Head of People at Venus Aerospace, where his teams achieved America’s first flight of a rotating detonation rocket engine, a fundamental leap in rocket propulsion not seen since the Apollo program. They also raised $100M+ in the tightest venture market in decades. It turns out that even when it IS rocket science, the outcome still depends on people working together.

Before Venus, Curt built a company around the question of attention. He wrote Can I Have Your Attention? (Wiley bestseller) and became a Forbes contributor. He also has ADHD, which is either ironic or the whole point.

Curt got his start on the speaking circuit working with the Center for Generational Kinetics. He looked fourteen, so nobody was going to hire him to talk about anything other than millennials.

His current work centers on the questions AI can’t answer: what deserves our attention, how experienced leaders stay curious when industries shift, and how teams tell the truth under pressure.

Hamish Taylor Speaker

Hamish Taylor

Award-winning CEO and Global Keynote Speaker on Entrenching the Customer in the Heart of All Activities by Creating The Customer Promise

 About

Hamish Taylor has a CV that the Times describes as “takes some beating.” His energetic, thought-provoking and humorous keynotes are based on a rare combination of real stories - and a fantastic ability to inspire audiences with tailored advice and practical tools. Regularly featured in broadcast media, today Hamish acts as an advisor to some of the world’s largest companies (and even Governments) - assisting with specific innovation projects, customer focus and/or people leadership.

Hamish is an award-winning CEO whose career has taken him from the international consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble, consultancy firm Price Waterhouse and British Airways - to become CEO of the channel tunnel railway Eurostar, and then CEO of Sainsbury’s Bank… all before he was 40! In all cases, he left behind a record of significant business growth triggered by a willingness to challenge the normal way of doing things - so much so that his advice and assistance is now sought by organizations all over the world in many different industries.

As the self appointed “chief dumming down officer” in each of his roles, his approach is simple - but highly effective in delivering breakthroughs.

  • The first thing that has to change is the way you look at your customers (both internal and external) - if you look at your customers the same way, you will get the same answers and keep doing the same things
  • Secondly, you need to use your customer insights to create a new leadership tool - a simple “customer promise” as a platform for ALL future activity that puts customer benefit at the heart. Your customer doesn’t care about what you do, but about how they benefit as a result of what you do - so use this as your key purpose
  • Thirdly, you must look to other environments and industries if you want breakthrough ideas - for product, service, process, leadership and much more. The Inspired Leaders Network dubbed Hamish the “Master thief” due to his track record in this area
  • Concentrate your major energy on changing the way you engage with the team that will deliver the customer promise

Hamish’s keynotes will demonstrate the major breakthroughs that can be achieved by changing your approach. Hamish’s message can be tailored to a variety of topics and levels within an organization.

Eric Termuende Speaker

Eric Termuende

A Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum, Author, and Speaker on Optimizing Workplace Culture, Future of Work, and Engagement in the Workplace

 About

Eric Termuende is a keynote speaker, bestselling author, and researcher focused on one of the defining leadership challenges of our time: how to navigate uncertainty and change when the world refuses to stand still.

For over a decade, Eric has studied leadership, trust, culture, team performance, technology, and the changing nature of work. His work explores why traditional approaches to planning and leadership can break down when conditions change quickly, and what allows people, leaders, and teams to continue moving when the path ahead is unclear.

Eric challenges the idea that the best leaders are the best predictors. Instead, his research shows the importance of creating direction without pretending to have certainty, building the trust required for honest information to travel, reducing the friction that slows teams down, and making small, deliberate One-Degree Shifts that turn action into information and progress.

Eric has brought his research and ideas to hundreds of stages around the world, working with leaders and teams at organizations including Amazon, Toyota, IBM, Coca-Cola, Lockheed Martin, Nationwide, Zoom, and Nokia. His ideas have been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, and Inc., and his first book, Rethink Work, became a bestselling resource for leaders navigating the changing world of work.

On stage, Eric combines a researcher's curiosity with a storyteller's instinct and a speaker's sense of the room. Known for his energy, humour, and highly customized approach, he makes serious ideas feel immediately relevant and practical. Audiences leave with more than inspiration. They leave with a clearer way to lead, adapt, and move forward when the future is uncertain.
